Review Period Rules

1. Products in the product category can be reviewed within 15 days of receipt confirmation, and products in other categories can be reviewed within 45 days of receipt confirmation. Products in the product category that have not been reviewed more than 15 days of receipt confirmation, and products in other categories that have not been reviewed more than 45 days of receipt confirmation, will be reviewed by default.

2. You can add an additional review after completing your review within 90 days of receipt. Services can be reviewed within 45 days of receipt.

II. Product Review Rules

1. Reviews are divided into product reviews, service reviews, and venue reviews.

2. Multiple reviews are permitted for the same product if purchased multiple times (in different orders). Multiple reviews for the same product can only be submitted once per order.

3. Reviews for mail-in orders are not currently supported.

III. Cloud Diamond Earning Rules for Reviews

1. Written reviews of products priced at RMB 10 or more and RMB 100 or less earn 10 Cloud Diamonds, and uploading three or more images of the purchased product earns 50 Cloud Diamonds. Written reviews of products priced at RMB 100 or more earn 20 Cloud Diamonds, and uploading three or more images of the purchased product earns 50 Cloud Diamonds. Successfully submitting an in-store review of a product with a real payment of RMB 10 or more earns Cloud Diamonds.

2. Additional reviews and default reviews do not earn Cloud Diamonds.

3. Mini Program products do not earn Cloud Diamonds for reviews.

4. Stores that participate in group purchasing and are not their own business do not earn Cloud Diamonds for product reviews. Stores that participate in group purchasing and are not their own business can set their own Cloud Diamond rewards for purchases and reviews based on their operational needs (the actual amount will be determined by the user's Cloud Diamond account).

IV. Review Diamond Discount Rules

1. In the event of a product return, all Cloud Diamonds earned for the review related to that order will be deducted:

1) If a product has already been reviewed and returned, all Cloud Diamonds earned for that order will be deducted;

2) If a product has not been reviewed and returned, no Cloud Diamonds will be awarded for submitting a review for that order;

2. If the system detects a review as fraudulent, all Cloud Diamonds earned for that order will be deducted;

3. If a review fails, all Cloud Diamonds earned for that review will be deducted.

IV. Review Content Rules

[Purpose] Text and image reviews must be legal, fair, objective, and accurate, and must accurately reflect the true nature of the product or service. Frivolous, illegal, or plagiaristic reviews are strictly prohibited. Reviews should serve as a reference for other consumers' purchasing decisions.

[Violation Penalties] The platform adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and accuracy and uses limited technical measures to address inappropriate content, such as malicious, false, and illegal comments. These measures include, but are not limited to, deleting, narrowing, hiding, and invalidating comments. Users who commit serious violations will be blocked from commenting.

[Review Rules] The platform reviews comments. Only comments that comply with the rules and pass review will be displayed to other users. Comments that fail review will not be displayed on the relevant pages, and any Cloud Diamonds earned will be deducted.

1. Review will be completed within 3-5 business days, with a 5-7 business day extension for holidays.

2. Comments containing the following (text, images, or videos) will not be reviewed or displayed:

1) Content that attacks my country's political or legal system, divides the country, or damages the image of the country, its revolutionary leaders, or heroes and martyrs.

2) Content that leaks state secrets, undermines social stability, undermines ethnic and regional unity, violates national religious policies, distorts and denigrates national cultural traditions, or promotes terrorism.

3) Content that maliciously denigrates or damages the image of national officials, including members of the People's Liberation Army, national security, police, administrative and judicial units, and the Communist Party; content that promotes or glorifies historical wars of aggression and colonialism;

4) Content that glorifies negative and unfavorable characters; promotes feudal superstitions and unscientific beliefs; promotes negative and corrupt perspectives on life, the world, and values; content that depicts violence and bloodshed, outrageous behavior, and gruesome scenes.

5) Content that contains pornography, vulgarity, promotes unhealthy and unpopular views on love and marriage; and insults others.
