a. What is a Verification Code?

A verification code is a four-digit code sent to you after you complete your purchase to verify the buyer's identity and ensure the security of your products. Suning has canceled the verification code for deliveries, but you still need to provide a verification code when picking up your products from a pickup location or in-store.

b. How to check the verification code?

(1) We will send you a text message when your products arrive at the pickup location, and the notification text message will include the verification code.

(2) You can also check the page by logging into the website and going to "My Personal Center - Order Center - Order Details" (a verification code is required only for self-pickup).
