3. Product weight is calculated based on gross weight (including packaging weight).

If a self-order is split into two or more sub-orders and the user cancels/rejects one of the sub-orders, and the shipping fee for the remaining sub-orders is lower than the user's due shipping fee, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding Cloud Diamonds amount. If the user's Cloud Diamonds balance in their account is insufficient to cover the discount, the order will be canceled.
